Acquisition

Nevoro and Aurora Platinum Exploration Inc., formerly Aurora Metals (BVI) Limited, (“Aurora”) have entered into an arrangement agreement on April 17, 2008, pursuant to which Nevoro will acquire 100% of the common shares of Aurora through a court-approved plan of arrangement and by issuing 19,981,476 Nevoro shares.

The acquisition closed June 10, 2008.
