Tim Read, Chairman, B.A. (Econ.)
Mr. Read is Chairman of Kopane Diamond Developments and a director of Cumerio S.A. Previously, he was President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Adastra Minerals from 1999 to 2006. Mr. Read was the Managing Director of Investment Banking for Merrill Lynch (UK) and the Head Investment Banking of the Mining Group at London-based Smith New Court.
Victor H. Bradley, Executive Deputy Chairman, C.A.
Mr. Bradley was the Founder, President, Chief Executive Officer of Yamana Resources Inc., renamed Yamana Gold Inc. in 2003. Mr. Bradley is also the Founder of Aura Gold Inc., renamed Aura Minerals Inc. in 2007, and Nevoro Inc. Currently, Mr. Bradley is Chairman of Osisko Exploration Ltd. and sits on the boards of several resource companies. Mr. Bradley is a Chartered Accountant with over 40 years experience in the minerals industry, holding senior financial and executive positions with a wide range of mining and exploration companies.
Mel Klohn, Director, M.Sc. (Geol.), L.P.Geo.
Mr. Klohn is currently a director of Red Hill Energy and International Enexco. He is the former Vice President, Exploration for Aura Gold Inc., and Exploration Vice President for Yamana Resources Inc. He has 25 years experience at Exxon in various exploration, research and staff positions, and several years as an independent, senior-level exploration consultant. His activities have been directed toward a variety of commodities including gold, uranium, polymetallic minerals, industrial minerals, coal, and petroleum, with experience throughout the world including North, Central, South America and Asia.
James Ladner, Director
Mr. Ladner is a Zurich-based financial consultant with extensive European experience. Mr. Ladner was the Managing Director of RP&C from 1992 to 2002 as well as the Chairman of the Bank of Austria (Switzerland) Ltd. from 1992 to 2001. Previously, Mr. Ladner was an Executive Vice President of Coutts Bank (Switzerland) Ltd. from 1975 to 1992. Mr. Ladner is a director of StrataGold Corporation, Colombia Gold PLC and Pan Pacific Aggregates PLC as well as a director of several other companies mainly in the financial and exploration industries.
Philip S. Martin, Director, B.Sc. Eng., M.B.A, P.Eng.
Mr. Martin is a mining engineer and an independent director of several TSX- and TSX Venture-listed mining companies. From 1986 to 1998, he was a top-ranked gold analyst with Gordon Capital Corporation in Toronto.
Sean Roosen, Director, T. Eng.
Mr. Roosen is President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Osisko Exploration Ltd. During his more than 20-year career in the mineral exploration industry, Mr. Roosen has acquired extensive international exploration and development experience with Etruscan, Echo Bay and Placer Dome.

William Schara, President, CEO & Director, C.P.A
Mr. Schara brings to Nevoro more than 25 years experience in finance and accounting with extensive experience in business start-ups, international business, and managing public companies and mining company joint ventures. Most recently Mr. Schara was the Chief Financial Officer of Minera Andes Inc., a TSX-listed development stage mining company. Previous to this position he spent eight years at Yamana Resources (now Yamana Gold), the last four years of which were as Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer. He serves on the boards of two other publicly listed mining companies. Mr. Schara is a native of Butte, Montana, a Certified Public Accountant and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Marquette University.
Ken Brook, VP Exploration, M.Sc. (Geol.), R.P.G
Mr. Brook is an exploration geologist with in excess of 35 years in the discovery, evaluation and subsequent development of mineral deposits, primarily in the state of Nevada.
Steven Dawson, VP Corporate Development, B.Sc. (Geol.)
Mr. Dawson has 20 years experience in the mineral exploration and corporate communications industries.
Rimma Tumarkin, Chief Financial Officer, B.A., C.A.
Ms. Tumarkin has seven years experience in accounting and auditing focused on the mineral exploration industry.
Talya Ziv-Av, VP Legal Affairs & Corporate Secretary, L.L.B., L.L.M,
Ms. Ziv-Av has 10 years of experience in corporate law with a recent focus in Canadian exploration companies.
